It operates through the Community Banking and Consumer Finance segments. The Community Banking segment includes the savings bank subsidiary Northwest Bank, as well as subsidiaries of the savings bank that provide similar products and services. The Consumer Finance segment, which is comprised of Northwest Consumer Discount Company, a subsidiary of Northwest, compliments the services of the bank by offering personal installment loans for a variety of consumer and real estate products. The company was founded on June 29, 2001 and is headquartered in Warren, PA.
